Mukhanyo Theological College is accredited by the South African government. The College is registered with the Department of Education and Training as a private higher education institution under the Higher Education Act, 1997, Registration Certificate No. 2009/HE08/002.
Mukhanyo Theological College has on-campus accommodation available for up to 35 male students. Prior reservations and approval is required for students wishing to stay on campus for either 3 or 7 days per week. Costs associated with such accommodation must be covered by designated donations or by the student personally. The dormitory on the campus has 20 rooms of which 16 are double and 4 single rooms. There are 6 bathrooms.
Unfortunately, facilities are not available for female students or families. However, arrangements can be made in one of the nearby villages.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION
Applicants will be required to write an entrance exam. The purpose of this exam is to identify the student’s level of competence in the English language, academic literacy, and computer skills. Based on his/her results, a student might be required to do a bridging course before entering into further studies.
