Faculty, supportive staff and some students gathered toghether on 11 January to start the year with the official opening ceremony at the KwaMhlanga campus. We were blessed by our guest speaker, Dr Gary Williams from the John Owen Theological Centre in London, who delivered two addresses. His topics were, “Christ the King of the Church” and “Christ, King of the World for the Church”. ![]() Orientation for the new students took place from the Tuesday to Thursday at both the KwaMhlanga and Johannesburg campuses. This is always an exciting time, since much prayer has gone into asking the Lord to send people of His choice to be trained for Christian ministry. We give thanks to the Lord for answered prayer. Each day started with a message from the Bible and continued with introducing the groups to various aspects of the College and of student life. The purpose of orientation week is to make our students feel at home, know what to expect and have the tools to make a success of their studies. Each student had to undergo an entrance examination and an interview to determine their Spiritual status and calling to the ministry. We heartily welcome our 18 new students at the KwaMhlanga campus and 10 new students at the Johannesburg campus. Please pray that these students will be successful in their studies and become effective workers in Christ’s Kingdom. Comments are closed.
