Mukhanyo Theological College is a Christian educational institution in South Africa with an expanding network of campuses and distance learning sites in southern Africa. Our mission is to glorify God by equipping church leaders and other Christians in Africa.
Mukhanyo is seeking applicants for the following positions: Senior LecturersTwo additional full-time lecturers are needed by July 2021 to serve Mukhanyo’s growing student body. All applicants must confess Mukhanyo’s Statement of Faith in teaching and practice. We welcome applicants to apply if they meet the criteria outlined in the job advert. Mukhanyo also welcomes partnerships with local and international churches/agencies who can send and support a Senior Lecturer to serve at one of Mukhanyo’s locations.

Programme ManagerThis new position will coordinate the ThM programme to be facilitated at our Pretoria Centre as from next year. The ideal candidate will also serve as a Senior Lecturer. The applicant must affirm Mukhanyo’s statement of faith and share Mukhanyo’s organisational values.

Campus ManagerMukhanyo is looking for a qualified and dedicated person to manage our Johannesburg learning centre in the heart of Braamfontein. Responsibilities include managing all student activities and affairs, marketing, lecturing, administration and other related responsibilities.

Study Guide Editor
Mukhanyo needs an additional part-time editor to assist with preparing and upgrading study guides and related material. This position requires the right dedicated person, to serve an average of 24 hours/week flexitime, based in Pretoria or Johannesburg.

Distance Learning Support Centre TutorsMukhanyo welcomes applications for new Distance Learning Support Centres across southern Africa. Experienced church leaders are encouraged to submit an application to become a volunteer tutor and lead a local centre.

Visiting LecturersMukhanyo also welcomes experienced pastors to apply for part-time teaching opportunities. We believe that future pastors are best taught by experienced ministers who are presently serving in pastoral ministries. So we welcome the involvement of local ministers who have suitable teaching skills and many years of ministry experience. Please submit your CV to the Principal (brian.devries@mtc.ac.za) if you feel called to serve in this way. Applicants with the financial support and oversight of local churches will be given preference.
